You have to measure the pH value of the solution once it is prepared. Being colored solutions it will be difficult to use a pH paper. Ideally you should use a pH-meter with a glass electrode.

Hi, all
we will do some special staining of T blue and aldehyde fuscin.
We will make some solutions by ourself. I notice some buffers need
to measure PH value. But they are dyes, so you can not use dip
paper. How do you measure them?
Thank you,
Ann
