[Histonet] osmium

You can fix the tissue overnight either cold or at room temp. but osmium 
will only penetrate about 1mm no matter how long you fix. And it will 
make the tissue
VERY brittle as Phil mentioned. Seriously consider cutting frozen 
sections and osmicating them, no penetration or brittle sections problems!
You MUST open the bottles/vials etc under a hood, osmium will fix your 
corneas!
