[Histonet] S100P on paraffin

[Kimberly Tuttle]

Has anyone has success with S100P on paraffin embedded tissue. I followed the protocol exactly as published in Am J Clin Path. We got cytoplasmic staining but no nuclear staining- therefore negative. Suggestions?
