Subject: [Histonet] Glucose oxidase method for blocking endogenous
peroxidase
I've searched the archives and cannot find what I am after... I'd like
to try the glucose oxidase method for blocking endogenous peroxidase in
tissue sections for IHC.
What is a suitable replacement for the B-d(+)glucose G5250 discontinued
by Sigma? Will the D-(+)-Glucose G8270 work? This is 4% beta isomer
and 96% alpha.
Thanks for your help,
Nadia
