[Histonet] Amended reports- Cerner CoPath users

I've got a question for users of Cerner Copath. Do you have CoPath set up so that when a report is amended the original diagnosis remains visible along with the amended diagnosis? Also, is there some type of flag at the top of the report to alert a physician that there have been changes to the report? Thanks for your help on this one.
