[Histonet] Autopsy P&P

[Vacca Jessica]

Does anyone have an autopsy P&P that they would like to share that has
basically the following criteria?
Risk management approval
Physician requested (not family)
Outside facility performs.
Granted it does not have to meet all, but I'm needing somewhere to
begin.
