[Histonet] Two patient identifier question

Dear Histonetters, regarding my previous question about the requirement
of two patient identifiers on tissue blocks, my information was
incorrect.  This comes from JACHO not from CAP.  Sorry, it always helps
to have the correct info before posting a question.  So now that JACHO
requires this, those of you that have to follow these regulations, how
are you handling it?  Thanks a bunch.
