[Histonet] What is your experience with Histo-Clear II

Several postings on Histonet about Histoclear can be summarized as follows:
  1- hardens brain, liver and spleen
  2- not very good for coverslipping
  3- poor dewaxing agent
  4- not compatible with xylene/toluene based mounting media
  5- reported as causing skin problems and headaches
  6- fades hematoxylin.
