As far as my experience, antigen retrieval with microwave treatment
destroyed the antigenicity of NG2, although I used rabbit NG2 antibody
given by Dr. Stallcup in immunostaining for cryosections so there should be
some differences from your condition. I don't know what's happening in
there.
