Dear Surita,

Yes use water to attach your tissue, this was the main method used when
we first started manufacturing cryostats in the 50's.

Subject: [Histonet] OCT questions

Hi There,

Would anyone happen to know if there is a way to attach frozen tissue to
cryostat chucks without using OCT media or super glue?

Also, what are the 86% non-reactive ingredients in Tissue Tek OCT media?

Thanks,

Surita
