[Histonet] 40 microns

One of the researchers that works in the Immunology
dept is wanting to stain 40 micron paraffin embedded
formalin fixed brain tissue with alpha- syn nuclein
and gfap. Her question is how long should she
deparaffinize her slides. If you have a protocol that
you would be willing to share that would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you in advance.
