[Histonet] Feline Calicivirus IHC

Does anyone have some helpful hints as to how to get consistent staining
with FCV IHC?  Or is this one of those buggers (sorry, to those in the UK)
which require positive controls to be sectioned as needed, and not stored
for periods of time?

Currently I'm trying two different monoclonals, with enzyme tissue
pretreatment, and EnVision+/HRP polymer detection system.  Sometimes I can
get a handful of cells to stain in the infected lungs; sometimes they like
to hide from me.

Much appreciation for any comments you may have from your experiences.
