Good luck getting anything that isn't a roll.  We've successfully done
30 micron sections of samples here. One thing you might try is floating
the paraffin block in warm (~40-45 degreeC) water for about 10-15
seconds and then taking your section (slowly).  You'll probably only be
good for one section before it rolls again.  It's worth a shot
