[Histonet] Histo-tech

Hello histonet, 
  
     I am a Histology student  and really enjoy it!!  I am interested to know what kind of   degree or education is required and what starting salary can be  expected for a Histo-tech?  Also, how hard is it to find a job as  a Histo-tech, is there much of a demand?
