[Histonet] Ethanol fixation

Hello All,

I am new for the histonet. I am sorry If my question has already been 
discussed many times.
My question is if E14.5 mouse embryos fixed over night in 4% PFA in 
the cold room and then kept in 70 % ethanol for 4 days in the cold 
room will still be ok for sectioning and in situ hybridization?
Any comments are highly appreciated!
