[Histonet] CD123 and TMAs

Hi everybody,
I'm a little confused by my current situation.  I had worked up CD123
(from BD) in a tonsil control and it looked great.  When I run the same
condition on a lymphoma TMA the possitive control looks good and the TMA
does not.  Has anybody out there had a similar problem or have any idea
of what may be cuasing this?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
