This is all so subjective.  It depends on where you are located, how  much 
you pay for shipping, if at all.  If you have a GPO or multiple  vendors that 
you use.  Progressive or regressive staining?  Gills,  Harris, Clarifier or no?  
Bluing or no?  Plus slides, regular  slides?  Do you cut extras?  Do you have 
to pay for DI water?  Do  you have a specific brand of products you use?
