[Histonet] RNA later

Hi everyone,
There was a thread earlier this year involving treatment of RNA-later stored tissue such that it can be embedded and cut without fracturing.  I found one answer on the archives referring to a quick cold DEPC water rinse prior to OCT.  Does anyone else have any advice as to how they have handled this?
