Hi all, I wonder if someone could give me some advice about the best cutting angle for specimens (mouse tissues) embedded into wax (Paraplast - melting point 56°C) at room temperature (about 18°C) with a microtome flat razor blade. Thank you in advance. Best Regards, Massimo
