[Histonet] Santa Cruz anti-CD31

Has there been any advancements in knowledge on whether Santa Cruz 
has produced a CD31 from the new goat or whatnot that works in IHC? I 
know there was some trouble as the animal was no longer producing 
batches that were good for IHC and someone mentioned that they were 
going to come out with something new/more reliable late this year?

Anyone know what I am talking about?
