[Histonet] labeling regulations

Years ago, the CAP checklist for histology specified what information
was required on the specimen container and even the request form.  The
newest checklists seem to have completely thrown this out.  Is specimen
container labeling regulated anywhere else?  Is there a requirement
anywhere that specimen type/site be noted on the container?
