Elizabeth,

I have just been playing with a sample of CD2 antibody from Novocastra,
Clone AB75, Cat NCL-CD2-271.
Results have been very good on our routine FFPE tonsil controls using HIER
Tris-EDTA pH 8 (Microwave Pressure Cooker) 3 min, 30 min primary incubation,
Chemicon Select LSAB detection with Dako DAB+ chromogen. Beautiful membrane
staining across a dilution range from 1 in 50 to 1 in 400. Staining was done
using the Lab Vision Autostainer.
An antibody worth looking at from what I have seen so far.

Regards,

Does anyone know of a CD2 that works in FFPE tissue?

Thanks

E Earle
