Cesar,
If your freezer is a self defrosting kind, it is not a good idea to keep
antibodies or frozen tissue in it. There is too much temperature fluctuation
as it defrosts itself. Chest freezers keep the temperature more stable and
may be acceptable. Keep a thermometer in it to record the temperature daily.
