Hi All,
 
Our billing is set up to automatically charge an 88302 on tonsil/adenoid for
patients < 14 years and an 88304 on > 14 years.  Is this standard?  Most
lists I've seen from other institutions bill an 88304, with no age
differentiation.  I'd appreciate hearing what you all do.
