How do you know the initial concentration of IgG in the Normal Rabbit Serum (is it given to you by DAKO?)?  Sounds like a good switch if I actually can dilute the serum IgG to the same concentration as my primary.  Let me know.  Thanks.

Try DAKO's Normal Rabbit Serum (X0902). Works nicely for me as negative
control to accompany my rabbit polyclonals, when diluted to the same Ig
concentration as the primary is used at.
