Tom,
I have a few customers making frozen microarrays simply by adhering the tissue pieces to the floor of my embedding well bars. You can use frozen cores or pieces by putting a touch of OCT on them to adhere the tissue to the well floor. You can fill it with cold OCT to avoid rewarming. Works great with fresh tissue if snap freezing is not a requirement. If you are not familiar with my well bars have a visit to my web site. Depending on the tissue it should cut like any other frozen.
