[Histonet] Perfusion suggestions

Dear Kristen:

    I will second John Kiernan's response, suggestions in an e-mail 
won't do the job. Find a lab that does perfusions for EM and spend a day 
or two there to observe their materials and methods. That way you can do 
it right the first time.
