20% Acetic Acid for 10 minutes does a good job on paraffins, but I've not
tried it on frozens. Might be too harsh. It also has the advantage that it
blocks ALL alk phos' including intestinal.

Subject: [Histonet] endogenous alk phos

Hello. Is there another method(s) to block endogenous alkaline phosphotase
in mice, on frozen sections, besides levamisole?

Thanks!!!!!
