[Histonet] In-situ hybridization/diagnosis question.

Are labs anywhere using commercially available in-situ hydridization kits to diagnose tumors (Where the tumor may be due to a single abnormality in the DNA)?.
Is this going to be the next big "wave" that will follow the increased use of immunohistochemistry?
