[Histonet] Immunogold

Dear Histonetters,

I am  trying to developp a protocol for  immunogold on  crustacea larvae, but 
I 
am  new  in this  technic....  I am looking at the cuticular  tissues.   
I will be gratefull if someone  can  share with me any protocols, advices 
set  up 
for arthropods , plankton, ... .
