[Histonet] GFP in a fixed brain tissue

Maybe, it is probably best to cut frozen sections, fix with 2% 
paraformaldehyde for 1 minute, rinse, and mount with Molecular Probes, 
Probe On antifade mounting media, ready to use.

Go to Clontech website and read Living Colours manual on some of these 
issues.

Their tech services is excellent.  This question has been discussed, even
