[Histonet] CLIA regs

hi all,
Does anyone know if there is any CLIA reg that covers maintaining records of slides and or blocks that are sent out and then returned from outside facilities? I know per CAP that you must keep blocks and slides 10 years but this doesn't really cover this aspect. Any feedback will be appreciated.
