[Histonet] Double/Tripple Labelling - Fluorescent

Hi There

I know this topic has been around before, so forgive me!!

I am attempting doulble and then tripple fluorescent labelling. Do I 
need to add a fixation step between Primary antibodies, to secure the 
first Ag/Ab complex???

Any help with this proceedure will be greatly appreciated.
