Thanks for the info on bone marrow handling.

For those of you who use zinc formalin for your bone marrows, my
question is how long do you fix in this? And also what is the maximum
time a core can stay in zinc formalin? We make up the bone marrow kits
and if I replace the NBF with zinc formalin, sometimes the cores will
sit in the fixative overnight (if done after we've gone home) and I'm
wondering if this will damage the tissue. I have searched the archives,
but I can't find a maximum time for tissues in ZF.
