[Histonet] F4/80 on formalin fixed frozen spleen

I've had good results with F4/80 staining on formaldehyde fixed
cryostat sections of mouse brain.
However, it did require microwave/citric acid antigen retrieval.
Trypsinisation pre-treatment also works, but I found it to be harsher
on the sections than microwaving.
