[Histonet] chicken explant in situ hybridization

Dear histonetter:

           Is there anyone having done whole-mount in situ hybridization for 
chicken explant? I have tried the same protocol as the one used for whole 
embryo. But I got some problems caused by the collagen used for explants. I 
would greatly appreciate someone give me some suggestions.
