Our calibration department regularly calibrates thermometers, pipets,
equipment (i.e., waterbaths, refrigerators) to ensure they are reporting
accurate temperatures and measurements.

        Subject: [Histonet] NIST thermometers
Hello, I purchased NIST spirit-filled thermometers a few years ago and
recently pulled the certification that I received from them and
noticed
that it says it is only valid for one year! In lieu of the new CAP
question ANP.23090, I am wondering if I need to purchase a different
type of NIST thermometer. Any suggestions? Also, does anyone have a
procedure on QC of their thermometers? Thank you!
