[Histonet] evaluation of non pathologist grossing tissue

Good morning
Does anyone have good documenting paper work to evaluate non pathologist (also not a PA) grossing tissue?  We have a daily check  sheet that the pathologist reading the cases signs but I'm looking for something better to answer the CAP question ANP.11640 about regular and periodic evaluation.
