[Histonet] Decalcifying mouse heads

Currently we are employing in adult mice whole heads "TBD-1
Rapid-decalcifier" from Shandon. At room temperature and with gentle
shaking it takes about five hours. Better to check periodically with a
blade. We have not yet used this samples for immunohistochemistry, just for
lectin histochemical labelling and it works.

Do you have any experience with IHC on such large decalcified samples?
