I was wondering if anyone had protocols for the following

1 – IHC of paraffin embedded (PFA fixed) mouse tissue using NG2 Ab to demonstrate pericytes

2    IHC of paraffin embedded (PFA fixed) mouse tissue using Pref-1 Ab to demonstrate preadipocytes
