[Histonet] H2O2 on CD markers

Very interesting, we just did a test blocking with 3% H2O2 after primary and the results were much better and sharper.  We use Dako TRS at ph6.1 for 40 minutes in the steamer.  Put the slides on the Dako stainer do the primary incubations, wash , and then do the quenching.   Try it you just might like it.  We are now testing other CD markers to see if they too are improved.
