[Histonet] Time slides are submitted to pathologist

The OLA Checklist for Lab License mandates on item V.C.1 that a record
should be kept of the time of delivery of the slides to the pathologist.
How are these being recorded?  Is there master list that techs indicate the
time with each tray, is it indicated on the requisition, or on a worksheet.
We are not automated so computer entry is not an option.
