Yes!!! These are the best.  I use them on my slides, too, and I have 
NEVER lost a label through alcohol and xylenes!!!  You do have to be 
careful not to rub the label end of the cassette after it hits 70%, 
though, but once the cassettes have been in paraffin there is no 
problem.
