We are fixing our breast cases overnight in 10% buffered formalin, then placing the cassettes into Penfix, then process normally that night. I have a penfix station on the processor after two formalins. We are still having trouble with the breast tissue that is extremely fatty. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE
