[Histonet] Muscle regeneration

Dear all,

We are currently involved in a project in which satellite cell regenerated skeletal muscle fibers and fibroblasts, which generally in appearance are required to be discriminated.
Does anyone have a protocol to identify skeletal muscle regeration?
Any comments will be appreciated greatly!
