[Histonet] Zap-70 and CD38

I use CD38 from  Novo Castra (NCL-CD38-290) and have just ordered ZAP- 70 from CellMarque ( who makes antibodies for Ventana). Cat #CMC 825. I have yet to receive the Zap, but the CD38 works beautifully- Citrate 6.0 retrieval 25 min, 1:100-200 dilution, 30 minute primary inc, Biogenex automation, Supersensitive concentrate kit, DAB chromogen.
