[Histonet] Cytology cost per test

We are being asked to calculate cost per test in pathology and cytology.  
Does anyone have any experience with this?  Calculations, formulas, etc., 
especially in cytology.  Would someone point us in the right direction?  Any 
help would be most appreciated!!!
