[Histonet] MLH1 and MSH2 anti bodies

Dear Histonetters

 

Could somebody give me some advice for a good protocol for the above
antibodies?

 

We are trialing at the moment them from BD and with not optimum results.

 

We use pH 6 citric buffer.
