[Histonet] warrantee service

Hello,

Our lab is buying a new -80 freezer and I have
been asked to evaluate the warrantee service of
the different brands, ie how quickly and
efficiently the freezer was repaired while under
warrantee.

We are looking at Revco, Forma and Sanyo.

I was hoping that people with experience of a
freezer breakdown while under warrantee could
share their experience with me.
