[Histonet] Looking for On-the-job training

I have a friend who really wants to become a Histotech and would like to
find a hospital willing to do on-the-job training. He has appropriate
education and is bright with a great work ethic. He would like to relocate
to Southern California, however, is willing to go anywhere, but needs to
make some money while training. If you know of any hospitals that might be
hiring, I would greatly appreciate the lead.
